Yes, this program is designed for anyone who wants to reassess their relationship with alcohol—whatever that means for you. There is no need to have a specific end goal in mind…if you know something needs to change this program is for you.

The program is 3 months long. Sessions are held virtually on a bi-weekly cadence.

If you are located within San Diego County there will be flexibility to meet with Paige in-person, otherwise, sessions will be held virtually.

No! Absolutely not necessary. Some people do decide to use the 3 months as a challenge to stay sober, but it is completely up to you!

Yes, you will have support from Paige every step of the way. You are welcomed and encouraged to reach out as tough decisions, conversations, and situations come up.

Upon signing up for the program, you will be mailed a printed notebook with all 60 journal prompts and space to write.
