Sound familiar?
Alcohol isnβt the βfun friendβ it used to be. Itβs now an energy thief, an anxiety amplifier, and the reason you wake up feeling drained instead of inspired.
Youβre over the hangovers, the Sunday scaries, and the endless cycle of deciding when you βshouldβ or βshouldnβtβ drink. Youβre realizing the buzz isnβt worth the burnout.
Hereβs the truth: alcohol isnβt giving you anything you canβt create for yourselfβmore joy, more confidence, more freedom. Cutting back (or cutting it out) will only level you up.
If youβre nodding along, welcome. Youβre exactly where youβre meant to be and Iβm so grateful weβve crossed paths β¨
Welcome to your Wellness Era
The truth about alcohol is getting harder to ignoreβ¦
π The 2025 Gallup Consumption Habits Survey revealed that drinking in the U.S. has dropped to a 90-year lowβonly 54% of adults now drink regularly, compared to 67% just a few years ago.
And in January, the U.S. Surgeon General made headlines by officially classifying alcohol as a Class 1 carcinogenβthe same category as tobaccoβlinking it to seven types of cancer, including stomach, liver, and even brain.
The message is clear: alcohol isnβt harmless. Itβs a glamorized poisonβand more and more people are waking up to that truth.
But hereβs the thing: knowing the facts and changing your habits are two different things. Cutting back or quitting sounds simple, but letβs be realβ¦ itβs easier said than done.
Thatβs where I come in.
With the right support, guidance, and accountability, Iβll help you break free from drinking cultureβwithout losing your joy, your social life, or your sense of self.
